The current process of having office based physicians conduct clinical trials, as a sidelight to their practice, is typically slow and inefficient. Novellus will take the leadership role by developing and operating, high volume, high quality clinical trial study sites. The result will save time and reduce costs for pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring drugs and diagnostics to market.

Novellus Research Sites has developed an effective model of dedicated, hospital based research sites for inpatient and outpatient studies. Novellus contractually collaborates with large community based hospitals while utilizing the Emergency Department as a logical “gateway” for patient enrollment. Novellus has dedicated Principal Investigators and experienced clinical coordinators at each site solely dedicated to research. In addition, Novellus has been very successful partnering with physicians and large physician groups to source volunteers for outpatient studies. Novellus has also collaborated with high volume, freestanding clinics that serve an “underserved” population.
